In 2024, Joey Rosenberg launched Free Thinking Creative to amplify the work of nonprofits and impact-driven organizations.

She offers experience gained from 15+ years in the areas of Strategy, MarComms, Product, Program, and Leadership Development, and has worked in companies ranging from startup to Fortune 50.

After more than a decade leading the incredible team at Women Who Code to become the world’s largest global movement dedicated to empowering women to excel in technical careers and serving on the World Board for the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (a big 5 nonprofit serving girls and young women), Joey set out on a mission of her own – to fuel movements with creativity. Her unique blend of business acumen, executive leadership, and passion for creating a world where diverse perspectives lead the conversation sets her apart.
