In 2024, Joey Rosenberg launched her consulting brand to amplify the work of nonprofits and impact-driven organizations. Joey brings strategic clarity and innovation to your team through fractional & advisory engagements where she leverages her experience as a former President / COO-level leader and Board Member with 20+ years at companies ranging from startups to Fortune 50s.

Joey is a tech-forward, AI enthusiast who knows that an experienced human in the loop is as critical as having the right systems and processes in place. She believes in the power of bringing diverse perspectives together and earned her MBA in an immersive four-continent global setting where she learned from leading experts around the globe. She applied this knowledge as she honed her business acumen at big Corporate brands like UPS, before spending more than fifteen years leading in the non-profit sector.

Her experience includes managing global programs in the public university system, leading the incredible team at Women Who Code to become the world’s largest global movement dedicated to empowering women to excel in technical careers, and serving on the World Board for the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (a big 5 nonprofit serving girls and young women).

With a desire to amplify impact, Joey set out on a mission of her own – to fuel movements with creativity, clarity, and innovation. Her unique blend of business acumen, executive leadership, and passion for creating a world where diverse perspectives lead the conversation sets her apart.
